April 9th, 2008: I’ve installed an upgrade to my webcreate program (I am now on Fusion 10.....strangely enough it deleted my last update....so that may have been slightly unstable. Anyhow now I’m updating......I anticipate in the next few months that I’ll be getting an Etsy shop open (www.etsy.com) which is a site that specializes in all things handmade. There’s crafty crafts, fine art crafts (metal/jewelry)etc, handmade beads, even some cool things like handmade laptop bags....I b ought a cool one from JudithKing designs. Even 2-d stuff like paintings and prints. It’s a great site...so take a peek and wait for me to get my stuff on there!! I’m trying to get more exposure & also need to work on my homepage , make it more of a portal instead of a blog. And put my blog on blogspot or something to increase traffic there. Boring stuff I know, but it’ll allow me to get more traffic, feedback and sales (which will encourage me to work more on artwork....get the stuff that hanging around out and get excited that people actually want this stuff.)
On the Miro front, he has grown into a big boy. I took him to the vet this month and he’s at 72lbs (and I assume ~30 or so inches tall...haven’t measured him lately). He’s not fat either!! A mega Ibizan to be sure. The jury’s still out on whether I’ll show him.....I’m not feeling motivated right now. He’s a totally sweet boy, and will be a wonderful dog as he ages. Coursing, yes because he loves it and I do too.
